Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following conditions 1) Patients had cerebral infarction and admitted within 24 hours after onset 2) Those who have given consent to participate (the patient or the agent) 3) Those who were evaluated by two doctors as being appropriate for the evaluation of thrombus and ishcemic lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients judged to be inappropriate to be include in this study by two doctors
