Inclusion criteria: The patients with orthopedic diseases who received telephone-based outpatient clinic

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients who do not agree with the prescribed opt-out The patients who are in postoperative acute phase and hard to receive telephone-based medicine
