Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: T3/T4a colorectal cancer R0 resection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: synchronous malignancies, emergency surgery, appendiceal tumor, familial tumor (familial adenomatous polyposis or lynch syndrome), inflammatory bowel disease,neuroendocrine tumor, and D2 lymph node dissection
