Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients 20 years of age or older at the time of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) (2) Patients who underwent PCI with directional coronary atherectomy and had a plaque collected (3) Patients for whom written consent has been obtained by the individual

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients taking steroids, autoimmune diseases, undergoing treatment for cancer, or suffering from hepatitis B and C viruses (2) Other patients who are deemed inappropriate by the physician in charge of the study.
