Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Home stroke patients who use our hospital as their primary care physician and are able to walk alone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have less than 24 points on the Mini-Mental State Examination are unable to walk alone. A person who presents with severe higher brain dysfunction Those who are unable to give consent to this study
