Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants were selected based on the following inclusion criteria: 1) readily available for the study, 2) must be a secondary school student, and 3) being identified by the instrument.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: We also considered that any student who is taking external examination, and currently receiving intervention from others was excluded from the study.
