Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) pancreatic neoplasms which are required EUS-FNAB for pathological diagnosis 2) patients whom the previous first EUS-FNAB did not have a correct diagnosis 3) providing written informed consent, and age =or >20

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients whom the previous first EUS-FNAB have parformed by using the ROSE and the SOSE 2) patients whom the previous first EUS-FNAB have parformed by using without 22-gauge needle 3) patients whose participation in the trial was judged to be inappropriate by the investigator
