Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnostic or therapeutic ERCP in patients aged over 80 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HR<50 bpm baseline blood pressure<80 mmHg emergency case history of intolerance to benzodiazepines dementia
