Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who visited Kuchiyama Clinic and sent their prescriptions to Koyadaira Pharmacy during the 3-month study period were selected as study subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who declined to let pharmacists count their drugs in possession and who were only prescribed a combination of cold remedies and external medication.
