Instruct to Interval walking training at least 4 times a week for 52 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HbA1c 6.5 to 10.0% and BMI 22 to 34.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-proliferative diabetic retinopathy and Proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Diabetic nephropathy more than stage 3. History of stroke and coronary artery disease.
