Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with rare respiratory diseases such as empyema necessary to drainage, pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis, pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis, pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, and progressive fibrosing interstitial lung diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without written informed concent
