Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Unresctable malignant hilar obstruction 2 Bismuth Type2-4 3 Total bilirubin of 1.5 mg/dL or more before initial biliary decompression 4 Without middle level of ascites 5 No parenchymal jaundice 6 Without duodenal stenosis 7 P.S. (ECOG): 0.1.2 etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergery for contrast CT 2. Judgement unsuitableness by the doctor etc.
