Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with esophageal motility disorders 2) Performance status(ECOG): 0-1 3) Written informed consent is obtained from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with bleeding tendency (Platelet<50,000/mm3 or PT-INR>2 without anticoagulant) 2) Patients with liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh score: B-C) 3) Patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis
