Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: adults aged between 18 and 64 with diagnosis of severe mental illness who have been hospitalized 1 year or longer and were discharged from psychiatric inpatient care
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Single diagnosis of mental disorders due to known physiological conditions (ICD-10 F0); psychoactive substance use (F1); anxiety, dissociative, stress-related, somatoform and other nonpsychotic mental disorders (F4); eating disorders (F50); adult personality and behavior (F6); intellectual disabilities (F7); or pervasive and specific developmental disorders (F8).
