Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing segmental or lobectomy with double-lumen endotracheal tube intubation in thoracic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bronchoplasty Patients with anatomical abnormalities in the trachea Patients refused to participate in the study
