Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Regular nurse The person who belongs to the surgical system, internal medicine system ward which we work in a hospital for acute phase, and elderly people with dementia of the somatotherapy are admitted to One (the person whom the mobile terminals such as a smartphone and a tablet, the PC, and the like are available to) in the environment that can reply e-learning attendance and WEB questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: It is all clinical nurse specialists, all authorized nurses regardless of the field 2. Person of part-time service and the part-time job 3. Person of a maternity leave plan and the retirement plan 4. Nurse of the ward where hospitalization is not at all of elderly people with dementia including children, the maternity ward
