Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) younger than 4 years old 2) onset between Jan 2008 and December 2018 3) radiologically confirmed moyamoya disease 4) patients with disease progression, recurrence of cerebrovascular events, or perioperative complications 5) Informed consent was obtained
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) informed consent was not obtained 2) doctor-in-charge did not accept the enrollment
