Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent ICD implantation for primary or secondary prevention of sudden cardiac death at Yokohama City University Medical Center, and had analyzable coronary angiogram

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not have analyzable CAG images Patients with cardiac resynchronization therapy

The primary endpoint was the first episode(s) of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmia defined as appropriate ICD treatments (antitachyarrhythmia pacing and/or shock for ventricular tachycardia and/or ventricular fibrillation) or sudden cardiac death.
