Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were as follows: patients with esophageal cancer; the assessment of the CONUT score; and postoperative outcomes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Records without abstracts, confer ence abstracts, case reports, and reviews were excluded.
