Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet all of the following criteria 1. patients waiting for cesarean section 2. anesthesia method is spinal combined epidural anesthesia 3. over 20 years old 4. patients who have given written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are deemed inappropriate to participate in the study due to serious complications.

Compare the frequency and time of hypotension (systolic blood pressure less than 100 mmHg and mean blood pressure less than 65 mmHg)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Comparison of the vasopressor drug, infusion volume, neonatal apgar score and pH levels between the two groups
