Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Closed ICU for more than 48 hours 2. MRC sum score < 48 (while in ICU)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neuromuscular disorders in the medical history or as reason for admission 2. Orthopedic disease in the medical history or as reason for admission 3. After lung transplantation surgery 4. After artificial heart surgery
