Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients with dementia who receive regular prescription medication at cooperating pharmacies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients receiving home care services by pharmacists (2) Those who cannot obtain the consent to participate in the research from the patient or the substitute
