Inclusion criteria: Surgical nursing clinical ladder level 1 and 2 nurses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurse involved in the operation with the administrator, research coordinator and surgery.

MeasureTime frame
Distribute the video and questionnaire, and collect it in the post within the operation department within two weeks incluging the distribution date. The contents of the questionnaire are as follows. 1 How to prepare? 2 How to review? 3 How patient information is obtained? 4 Knowledge required for nursing out equipment 5 What was the timing of the speed to put out the instrument? 6 Instrument and needle thread handling 7 Needle puncture wound mucosal contamination 8 How did you communicate with your doctor? 9 How did you communicate with outside nurses? 10 HOW did you communicate with other occupations? 11 What's the difference from your own device? 12 Did you think you were missing something? 13 What actions you can take tomorrow Perform descriptive statistics and qualitative inductive analysis.
