Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -People with disabilities in regular employment (includes individuals in permanent, non-permanent, and part-time jobs, as well as those working in special-purpose corporations that focus on the employment of people with disabilities. -Participants may be of any age or gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study A (anonymous questionnaire-based survey): No exclusion criteria. Study B (individual interview): The following were excluded: (1) people in sheltered workshops, and those not in regular employment; (2) people employed for less than 1 year.
