Inclusion criteria: Continuous untreated type 2 diabes mellitus patients with simultaneous body composition analysis and hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamp examinations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Untestable patients, ketoacidosis, infections
