Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have been diagnosed with CS according to the Japanese diagnostic criteria and implanted with an ICM. (2) Age between 40 and 90 years old. (3) Patients who have given written consent from the patient or it's legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are currently participating in or plan to participate in other interventional studies 2) Patients using non-Medtronic ICM(Reveal LINQ) 3) Patients with a history of atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter 4) Patients with permanent contraindications or indications for oral anticoagulants 5) Applicable patients with pacemaker or implantable defibrillator implantation 6) MRI contraindicated patients (cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, internal electronic devices such as nerve stimulation devices, cochlear implants, middle ear cases) 7) Patients diagnosed with life expectancy within 2 years due to some disease 8) Patients who are judged inappropriate for study participation by the investigator
