Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years or older 2. Living in Japan, Taiwan, or the UK

Impression how the patient in the case-vignette needs some psychiatric treatment on the scale of 0 to 100.	—

Impression how the wish of patient in the case-vignette, to not have their work hours reduced, should be respected on the scale of 0 to 100.	—
