Interventions

Comparison of the baseline phase (before the intervention) and the phase of immediately after the intervention (for about 6 months) by the support to encourage setting and carry through goals.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people living in Fukuoka City who are 65 years or older and have signed the consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons with symptoms such as dementia or mental illness (schizophrenia, etc.)
