Inclusion criteria: Patients with primary hyperparathyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated at present or within 12 months with teriparatide. 2. Patinets administered with steroids. 3. Patients compricated with malignancy. 4. Pregnant or brest feeding.

Bone microstructure compared to those of healthy control.

Changes in bone microstructure in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism from baseline to 1 or 2 years after parathyroidectomy.
