Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who undergo radiotherapy to any thoracic or abdominal tumor 2) Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Status of 0 or 1 3) Written informed consent prior to the enrollment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who can not wear spirometric motion management system 2) Patients with predicted survival of less than three months
