Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with refractory overactive bladder who are treated with intravesical botulinum toxin at Nagoya University Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)neurogenic bladder, bladder neck contracture, urethral stenosis, bladder diverticulum, active urinary tract infection, prostatitis (2)severe liver dysfunction (3)severe renal dysfunction (4)severe cardiovastular disorder (5)patients who are judged inappropriate
