Inclusion criteria: 1. healthy adults 2. Running long distance daily (4-5 days/wK)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal disorder/disease 2. Metabolic diseases. 3. Respiratory diseases. 4. Acute infectious diseases. 5. Visual/auditory failure 6. Food allergy 7. Exercise not permitted from a medical institutes
