Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes with insulin therapy 2) FGM use >=3 months 3) >=20 years old 4) attending a collaborating centre

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) non-insulin therapy 2) anti-dementia drugs 3) inappropriate case judged by research director or research cordinators
