Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with type 1 diabetes who are treated in Hokkaido University Hospital or collaborate hospitals from December 2018 to June 2020. 2) Patients with type 1 diabetes who have been treated with SGLT2 inhibitors for more than 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were thought to be inappropriate to enter this study for some reasons by physician's judgments
