Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who can bite and swallow by oneself

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cancer or autoimmune disease

MeasureTime frame
Caregiver burden evaluated by Japanese version of the Zarit Burden Interview with slight modification. Evaluation will be done at baseline and 3 months after pecan consumption.
