Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects who have medication for serious gastrointesinal diseases 2) Subjects who had surgery to remove digestive organs 3) Subjects who had antibiotics, metformins or protonpomp inhibitors within past 1 month 4) Who have judged inapropriate as subjects by a medical doctor
