Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with PBC or NAFLD who have constipation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who are suspected to have ileus. 2. patients with severe CKD. 3, patients with severe liver dysfunction (C-P: B or C). 4. Patients with uncontrolled malignancy.
