Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) <2 years of age 2) receive general anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) emergency surgery 2) patients without enough space for stethoscope attachment 3) patients with skeletal abnormalities from head to cheek 4) patients with excitement after extubation (RASS> 0) *RASS: Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale
