Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) pathologically diagnosed as advanced stage (stage II to III) non-small cell lung cancer 2) completely resected by surgery 3) under 75 years-old with PS 0 to 2, more than 74 years-old with PS 0 to1 4) laboratory data with 14 days before registration (1) neutrolophil count > 1,500 /mm3 (2) platelet count > 100,000 /mmm3 (3) total bililubin < 2.0 mg/dl (4) AST (GOT) < 100 U/L (5) ALT (GPT) < 100 U/L (6) serum creatinin < twice of upper limit of normal range 5) with informed consent from patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) with rejection from patient 2) inproper for registrtion judged by medical doctor
