Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 20 years or older. Play baseball more than 3 days a week. More than 5 years of experience.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude those that do not meet the above. Those who have pain somewhere and have difficulty swinging at full power are also excluded. Participants were not consent.
