Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Participants must sign the most current institutional review board (IRB)-approved study (informed consent form) ICF. 2) Patients between 65 and 74 years of age. 3) Confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma. 4) Classified to Fit or Intermediate-Fit by IMWG-frailty index and R-CMI, and HCT-CI score below 4. 5) Equal or better than partial response. 6) Harvested >2 X 10^6 (cells/kg) of CD34 positive cells.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Classified to Frail by IMWG-frailty index or R-MCI, or HCT-CI score above 3. 2) Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in this study. 3) Pregnant or lactating patients 4) Any significant medical condition, laboratory abnormality, or psychiatric illness that would prevent the subject from participating in the study
