Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Seven patients undergo cataract surgery (collecting aqueous humor at the time of cataract surgery), regardless of gender. Age is over 20 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have performed eye surgery within the past 6 months. (2) Patients who need a substitute or agent to consent to participate in this study.
