Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The people who wanted to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The people who had difficulty swallowing, had difficulty taking powder, were allergic to lactose or agar, had diabetes, or had other serious diseases were excluded.
