Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) obese patients (BMI 30Kg/m2 or more) who schedule hepatectomy for initial hepatocellular carcinoma 2) Age of 20 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with BMI <30Kg/m2 who schedule hepatectomy for initial hepatocellular carcinoma 2) Recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma 3) Age <20 years old
