Interventions

Hyuganatsu juice intake group
Take 125ml of Hyuganatsu juice containing arabinogalactane every day for 90days. Take 125ml of Placebo drink, every day for 90days.

Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Female at least 5 years after menopause 2) Volunteer after informed consent with written notice

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: female with 1) elevated kidney and liver function data 2) suffering some disease that is known to affect bone metabolism,such as bone fracture, Diabetes mellitus 3) taking medicine that affect bone metabolism, such as steroid, bisphosphonates. 4) allergy to orange. 5) persons who take orange at least one orange everyday within 3 months 6) Others
