Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Cushing syndrome based on the criteria of Japan Endocrine socitety

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who was administered within 3 months with teriparatide, denosumab and romosozumab. 2. Patinets administered with steroids. 3. Patients compricated with malignancy. 4. Pregnant or brest feeding.

Bone microstructure compared to those of healthy control.

Changes in bone microstructure in patients with Cushing syndrome from baseline to 1 or 2 years after adrenalectomy.
