Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A person who attends care prevention program of Himi city

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)A person who cannot stand because of pain 2)Diabetic patient (HbA1c > 6.4%) 3)Kidney disease patient (eGFR < 50) 4)A person who is possible aspiration by screening evaluation 5)A person who cannot undergo a physical test
