Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are able to drink more than 75mL of Macha. 2. No history of antibiotics in the last 3 months 3. No change of dietary therapy and no change of medication in the last 3 months 4. HbA1c <= 8.0%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. inadequate judged by Physician 2. Patients who have already drunken more than 75mL of Macha 3. eGFR<60 or Ccr<70/min 4. Child-Pugh class C 5. Unstable vital 6. habitual drinker 7. dehydration and gastrointestinal injury including diarrhea or vomiting 8. ketosis, diabetic coma, type 1 diabetes 9. severe infection, before or after surgery, serious injury 10. malnutrition state, a starvation state, a weakening state, a pituitary gland malfunction or the adrenal malfunction 11. a pregnant woman or the woman who may be pregnant
