Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study included patients aged 65 years or older who were diagnosed with pneumonia and admitted to Shirakawa Kosei General Hospital between April 2015 and September 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were transferred from other hospitals or those who died were excluded.
