Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult male enrolled in Waseda University

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a smoking habit 2. Participate in other intervention studies during the research period 3. Heat acclimatized (3 days/week*100 mins of heat exposure repeated in past month) 4. Person who are prohibited from movement by the physician 5. Having orthopedic disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
This study examines changes in rectal temperature in response to heat exposure after a training intervention, 2 weeks after the intervention and 1 month after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
In this study, the effects of other physiological and subjective indicators other than rectal temperature after training intervention, 2 weeks and 1 month after the end of the intervention.
